Hall's massive work is best known by its shortened title "The Secret Teachings of All Ages." The "Diamond Jubilee edition" is arguably the most impressive of the late twentieth century editions. The "Diamond Jubilee" edition is basically a facsimile of the original 1928 Subscribers Edition with a new Preface by Hall, and includes fifty-four full-page color plates by J. Augustus Knapp, and approximately two hundred b&w illustrations taken from rare occult works, as well as the colour decorated initial capitals etc. "The Secret Teachings of All Ages" remains one of the most famous - and impressive - books in the Western esoteric canon. Unlike many other modern editions the "Diamond Jubilee edition" reproduces all the colour plates and the impressive size of the early editions.
